v0.18 Update

• New level added - London
  • Kind of mini Metroid like... collect items, gain powers and activate switches
  • Based in the Tower of London and is the biggest level so far.
  • Introduces two new characters - Bella and Lottie and their parents
    • New art work at the character selection screen as well as new sprites
    • They help save Magic and Legend from the aliens using unicorn magic!
    • New level music.

On initial testing all appears to be working.

Known issues:

• Need to fix the armadillos in the Texas level
• Ran into GB Studio limitations (v2 beta 5) - no. of actors on a single screen for the 2nd continent.  Will need to change level entry into triggers instead of actors across the 1st and 2nd continents (for consistency) to be able to have the associated enemies dancing next to the level entry icons.  I will think about this and either decide to change the approach or remove the enemies dancing in the 1st continent.
