v0.13 brings in some new gameplay styles which add to the story...

Once you have completed the Americas, you can go to the airport, get some advice from "Mom" and then fly over to the next continent.

During the flight you encounter aliens and the story continues...

New continent has been added (Europe) with 10 level placeholders.

I am still deciding how to do the levels for this one but thinking of adding some puzzle elements.  I recently purchased Alien Cat 2 from PSCD games and currently thinking I may do an homage to that style of play.  Alien Cat 2 is very good by the way and would highly recommend if you're looking for new Sega Genesis / Mega Drive games.

Known Issues:
- Texas level: Armadillo enemy routines need some work
- Flight section... If you reach the end... the crash notification could do some work.  I think I am doing too much on screen for the engine to handle.
- Currently there is no way to finish the game in v0.13.  The max stars set is 26 but only 25 exist.
